Tomba’s Google Sheets Add-on helps you find, enrich, and verify email addresses directly from your spreadsheet using domain names, personal info, LinkedIn URLs, and article URLs without ever leaving Google Sheets.

✅ How to Install Tomba for Google Sheets

  1. Go to the Tomba for Google Sheets page

  2. Click “Get the Add-on”

  3. Click “Install” and grant permissions

  4. Open a Google Sheets file

  5. Navigate to: Extensions → Tomba for Sheets → Open

Once launched, you’ll see the Tomba panel on the right.

🔑 Connect Your Tomba Account

Upon first use, you'll be asked to enter your Tomba API Key and API Secret, found in your Tomba dashboard.

🔍 Features & How to Use Them

🔹 1. Find Emails from a Domain

  1. Open the Search tab

  2. Enter a domain (e.g., tomba.io)

  3. Select how many emails to fetch

  4. Click “Find email addresses”

📝 Results will include:

  • Email address

  • First & Last Name (if available)

  • Confidence Score (%)

  • Type (Personal/Generic)

  • Department

  • Number of Sources

🔹 2. Bulk Domain Search

  1. In the Search tab, choose Bulk

  2. Select up to 1,000 domains in your spreadsheet

  3. Click “Launch Bulk Search”

💡 Tip: For faster results, limit the number of domains if you're retrieving more than 10 emails per domain.

🔹 3. Enrich Existing Contact Data

Find email addresses using first name, last name, and company/domain:

  1. Open the Finder tab

  2. Map your sheet’s columns to: First Name, Last Name, Company/Domain

  3. Click “Find email addresses”

📝 Tomba fills in:

  • Email

  • Confidence Score

  • Status (OK, No results, or Missing parameter)

🔹 4. Verify Email Addresses

  1. Open the Verifier tab

  2. Select up to 1,000 emails

  3. Click “Verify email addresses”

📄 Results include:

  • Verification Status (Valid, Invalid, Accept-all, etc.)

  • Confidence Score

  • Source Count

  • (Optional) Full verification data

🔹 5. LinkedIn Enrichment

Find emails and job info using LinkedIn profile URLs:

  1. Go to the LinkedIn tab

  2. Paste LinkedIn URLs into a column

  3. Match the field with your spreadsheet column

  4. Click “Find email addresses”

📝 Returned data:

  • Email address

  • Job title

  • Social profiles

  • Confidence Score

  • Status

🔹 6. Author Finder (from Article URLs)

Identify the author and retrieve their email from blog or article URLs:

  1. Go to the Author tab

  2. Paste a list of article URLs

  3. Match the column in your sheet

  4. Click “Find author emails”

📄 Tomba will add:

  • Author name

  • Verified email

  • Article title

  • Confidence Score

  • Status

🔹 7. Enrich Company Data from Website URL – Google Sheets

Tomba’s Google Sheets Add-on lets you automatically enrich company information using just a website URL. Perfect for lead lists, CRM updates, or data analysis.

🧩 How to Use:

  1. Open your Google Sheet with a column containing company website URLs (e.g., stripe.com)

  2. Go to the Finder tab in the Tomba add-on

  3. Select and map the column with the domains

  4. Click “Enrich Company Data”

🏢 Data Returned:

Tomba will add the following company details to your sheet:

  • Company Name

  • Logo

  • Description

  • City

  • State

  • Country

  • Zip Code

  • Founded Year

  • Last Updated

  • SIC Code

  • NAICS Code

  • Facebook URL

  • LinkedIn URL

  • Twitter URL
