Your Security & Privacy Settings

Tomba gives you full control over how your account is protected. From the Security & Privacy page, you can manage everything related to your account's safety and your personal data.

To access these settings:

  1. Log in to your Tomba account.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to Settings > Security & Privacy.

What You Can Do

🔐 Password

Change your password at any time. See How do I change my password? for step-by-step instructions.

🛡️ Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security to your account with an authenticator app or email verification codes. Learn how to set up 2FA.

🔑 Passkeys

Get an email alert every time someone signs in to your account from a new device. Learn more.

💻 Active Sessions

See all the devices currently signed in to your account, and sign out any you don't recognize. Manage your sessions.

View and manage third-party apps that have access to your Tomba account. Manage connected apps.

🔒 Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your workspace has SAML SSO enabled, you can sign in using your company's identity provider (like Google Workspace, Okta, or Azure AD) instead of a password. Learn about SSO.

📦 Export Your Data

Download a copy of all your personal data from Tomba. Export your data.

🗑️ Delete Your Account

Permanently delete your Tomba account and all associated data. Delete your account.
