Refund Policy
Tomba does not offer partial refunds when you cancel your subscription early.
What Happens When You Cancel
Your plan remains fully active until the end of your current billing period.
You keep access to all features and your remaining credits until that date.
No further charges will be made after your current period ends.
Your account will automatically switch to the Free plan when the billing period expires.
Why No Partial Refunds?
When you cancel, you're not losing access immediately — your subscription continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can keep using all your credits and features until then.
Already Canceled by Mistake?
If you canceled and want to keep your plan, you can undo the cancellation before your billing period ends:
Go to your Subscription page.
Click Keep subscription to resume your plan.
