Upgrading or Downgrading Your Subscription
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time based on your needs quickly and easily from your account.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade:
Go to the Subscription section in your account.
Select the plan you’d like to upgrade to.
What happens to your unused requests?
Any remaining requests from your current plan will be carried over and added to your new monthly or yearly quota.
If upgrading from one Yearly plan to another, all unused requests from your current yearly billing cycle will be added to the new yearly plan.
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade:
Visit the Subscription section.
Choose the plan you want to downgrade to.
What happens next?
The downgrade takes effect immediately.
Unused requests from your current plan will be saved in a separate extra request pack, valid for 3 months.
