Out of Credits? Here Are Your Options
If you've used up all your search or verification credits before your billing cycle resets, don't worry — you have several ways to keep going.
Option 1: Buy a Credit Pack
The quickest way to get more credits right away. Credit packs are one-time purchases that add extra credits on top of your current plan.
Go to Buy credits.
Choose a credit pack size.
Complete payment — credits are available instantly.
Option 2: Upgrade Your Plan
If you regularly run out of credits, it might make sense to move to a higher plan with a larger monthly allowance.
Go to your Subscription page.
Click Change plan and select a plan with more credits.
The upgrade takes effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference.
Option 3: Enable Auto-Upgrade
Turn on the Auto-upgrade addon on your Subscription page. When your credits drop below 10%, Tomba will automatically purchase the next credit pack tier for you — so you never hit zero unexpectedly.
Option 4: Wait for Your Next Reset
Your credits reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Check your Subscription page to see your next reset date.
