What Are Credits?

Credits are the units that power your searches and verifications on Tomba. Every time you perform an action that returns results, it uses credits from your allowance.

How Credits Are Used

Each tool uses a specific number of credits per lookup:

Bulk operations follow the same per-item costs — each row in a bulk file uses credits as listed above.

If a search returns no results, it does not count against your credits.

Your Credit Allowance

Each Tomba plan comes with a set number of credits per billing cycle:

Plan

5,000

You can check your current usage anytime on your Subscription page.

When Do Credits Reset?

Your credits reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle — on the same date you subscribed or upgraded. For example, if you subscribed on March 15, your credits reset on the 15th of every month.

Can I Get More Credits?

Yes! You can:

  • Upgrade your plan — Move to a higher plan with more credits

  • Pay-as-you-go — Only pay for the credits you actually use

  • Enterprise / Scale plans — For high-volume needs with up to 300,000 credits per month
