A bulk runs one Tomba tool over a whole list, then gives you the results as a file. Use it when you have too many names, websites or emails to check one at a time.
Before you start
You need a list. You can paste it, or upload a CSV or TXT file of up to 4 MB.
A CSV file is a simple spreadsheet file. If your list is in Excel or Google Sheets, save it as CSV first.
Bulk Email Finder only takes a file, because each row needs several details.
The tools
The Bulks page groups the tools like this. The last column is the most rows one bulk can take.

Run a bulk
Step 1. Open Bulks in the left menu, choose a tool, then click New bulk.
Step 2. Under List name, type a name you'll recognize later, such as Q3 prospects. It can be 3 to 200 characters long. Then paste your list, one value per line, or add a file with Drag and Drop Or load the list from a file (CSV or TXT).
Tomba skips duplicates and invalid lines.
Step 3. If you uploaded a file, check Match your columns. Tomba matches what it can from your first row, so make sure it picked the right columns. Then choose your options, which depend on the tool.
đĄ Tip: Not sure how to set up your file? Click Download a sample file on the same page.
Step 4. Turn on Email me when it is ready if you want an email when the bulk finishes with results. Then click Start bulk. It starts right away, and no credits are used yet. You can leave the page while it runs.
Step 5. When the bulk finishes, its page shows Ready to download and the credits your first download will use. Click Download CSV.
Step 6. Choose a file, then click Download CSV in the window. If a tool has only one file, it downloads right away.
The files depend on the tool. Not found only appears if some rows of your list found nothing, so it isn't in this picture.
File | What's in it |
All results | Every result, including emails we couldn't verify |
Valid only | Only rows with a valid result |
Not found | The rows of your list where we found nothing |
What each status means

There's no fixed run time. See How long does it take for a file with 5,000 domains to process?
Limits
These limits apply to each tool:
You can run 2 bulks at a time.
You can create 15 bulks a day.
You can download each bulk up to 25 times a day.
In a workspace, which is a shared team account, the limits count for the whole team.
đł Credits: Creating and starting a bulk is free. You pay the full cost on your first download, and later downloads are free. Results last 180 days from the day you create the bulk.
Each tool's article lists what it costs. The bulk's page always shows the amount before you download.
Bulks in a team
Bulks are shared with everyone in a workspace, and they use the owner's credits. Guests see only their own data, and they can't run bulks.
If Shared workspace appears in place of Download CSV, you don't have the bulk permission yet. Ask the workspace owner.
Common questions
What if I don't have enough credits for the download?
Download CSV changes to Upgrade to download, and the page shows how many credits you need. Add credits, then come back to download. A bulk can't start if you've used up the search or verification credits it needs.
Can I run the same list again?
Yes, but a new bulk is charged again, even for the same list. This is different from single searches, where a repeat is free. To get the same results, download them from your first bulk, which is free.
Why does my bulk say Ready to launch?
It was created but couldn't start, for example because you ran out of the credits it needs. Fix that, then open the bulk, check the estimate and click Launch.
Can I upload an Excel file?
No. Excel, Numbers and OpenDocument files are refused. Save your spreadsheet as CSV first.
