Use Bulk Similar Domains to find companies like the ones you already know. Give Tomba a list of websites or company names, and it finds similar companies for each one.

Step 1. Open Similar Domains in Bulks, then click New bulk. A bulk is one list that Tomba works through for you.

Step 2. Under List name, type a name you'll recognize later, such as Competitors Q3. It can be 3 to 200 characters long.

Step 3. Under Your list contains, keep Domains (recommended). A domain is a website name, such as tomba.io. If your list has company names instead, choose Company names.

Step 4. Under Enter the domains, paste your list, one per line, or add a file with Drag and Drop Or load the list from a file (CSV or TXT) below the box. Tomba skips duplicates and invalid lines.

If you upload a file, Match your columns appears. Check that Tomba picked the right column.

Step 5. Set Maximum similar hosts per domain. This is how many similar companies you want for each line: 1, 10, 20 or 50.

Step 6. Turn on Email me when it is ready if you want an email when the bulk finishes with results. Then click Start bulk. It starts right away, and no credits are used yet. You can leave the page while it runs.

Step 7. When the bulk finishes, its page shows Ready to download and the credits your first download will use. Click Download CSV, choose a file, then click Download CSV in the window.

⚠️ Important: Your first download charges the full cost of the bulk, whichever file you choose. Later downloads of the same bulk are free, so you can still get the other file.

💳 Credits: Creating and starting a bulk is free. Your first download uses 1 search credit for each line with at least one similar company.

For example, a list of 100 websites with 90 matches uses 90 search credits.

Similar looks up one company at a time. A bulk does the same job for a whole list and gives you a file.

Yes, but a new bulk is charged again, even for the same list. To get the same results, download them from your first bulk, which is free. Results last 180 days.

You can run 2 Similar Domains bulks at a time, and create 15 a day. You can download each bulk up to 25 times a day.
