Use Bulk Company Enrichment to get details about many companies at once, such as their industry, size, location and social profiles. Give Tomba a list of websites or company names, then download the results as a spreadsheet file.

Step 1. Open Bulks in the left menu, then choose Company Enrichment.

Step 2. Click New bulk. A bulk is one list that Tomba works through for you.

Step 3. Under List name, type a name you'll recognize later, such as Q3 target companies. It can be 3 to 200 characters long.

Step 4. Add your list under Enter the domains. A domain is a website name, such as tomba.io. Paste one per line, or add a file in the Drag and Drop box below. Tomba skips duplicates and invalid lines.

If your file has several columns, Match your columns appears. Tomba matches what it can from your first row, so check that it picked the right column.

Step 5. Under Your list contains, keep Domains (recommended). If your list has company names instead, choose Company names. The box above then reads Enter the company names.

Step 6. Choose your options, or leave them as they are.

Step 7. Click Start bulk. It starts right away, and no credits are used yet.

You can leave the page while it runs.

Step 8. When the bulk finishes, its page shows Ready to download and the credits your first download will use. Click Download CSV.

Step 9. Choose a file, then click Download CSV in the window.

⚠️ Important: Your first download charges the full cost of the bulk, whichever file you choose. Later downloads of the same bulk are free, so you can still get the other file.

Your file gives you details for each company, such as its name, website, industry, country and social profiles, when we have them. After your first download, the bulk's page also shows a preview of the first rows.

💳 Credits: Creating and starting a bulk is free. Your first download uses 1 search credit for each company found. Include phone numbers adds 1 search credit for each company with a phone number. Companies we don't find cost nothing.

For example, 1,000 websites with 800 companies found, 300 of them with a phone number, use 1,100 search credits.

All your bulks are on the Company Enrichment bulks page. Use the menu at the end of a row to Archive, Restore or Delete one. To rename a bulk, open it, click its name at the top of the page, then choose Rename.

If a bulk fails or you cancel it, nothing is charged. Open it and click Retry to run it again.

⚠️ Important: Results last 180 days from the day you create the bulk, so download them before then. Deleting a bulk removes its results for good.

If your websites are in a spreadsheet, you can add company details there with the Google Sheets add-on or the Microsoft Excel add-in.

Yes, but a new bulk is charged again, even for the same list. To get the same results again, download them from your first bulk, which is free.

You can run 2 Company Enrichment bulks at a time, and create 15 a day. You can download each bulk up to 25 times a day.
