How to Format and Upload CSV Files for Tomba Bulk Tools

To use Tomba’s bulk features, your file must be in CSV format.

What is a CSV?

CSV stands for Comma-Separated Values. It’s a plain text format where each value is separated by a comma perfect for uploading structured data like names, domains, and emails.

Creating a CSV File (Using Google Sheets)

Follow these steps based on the tool you're using:

🔹 For Domain Search

You'll need at least one column:

  • domain

🔹 For Email Finder

You'll need three columns:

  • first name

  • last name

  • website (or company domain)

🔹 For Email Verifier

You'll need one column:

  • email

Saving and Uploading Your CSV

Once your data is ready:

  1. In Google Sheets, click File > Download

  2. Select Comma-separated values (.csv, current sheet)

That’s it! Your CSV file is now ready to upload to Tomba and run your bulk task.
