I’ve been locked out of my account. What do I do?

If you’ve tried to login unsuccessfully multiple times, the system will put a lock on your account for 30 minutes, preventing you from trying further. At this point, we recommend using the Forgot your password? function. You can try logging in again after you’ve received the new password by email.

To ensure you receive your new password email, please whitelist all emails from Tomba Support. Emails should reach your inbox within 15–30 minutes of sending the request. Please check your junk or your spam folder if you still do not receive your new password after 30 minutes.
