Understanding Your Tomba Quota Reset
Your Tomba limits reset based on the start date of your current plan:
- Free Plan: Resets on the same day of the month that you initially created your account. For example, if you signed up on May 12, your free requests will reset on the 12th of each month.
- Paid Plan: Resets on the day of the month that you upgraded. For instance, if you upgraded to a paid plan on December 3, your requests will reset on the 3rd of each month.
Please note that the library staff cannot manually reset your limits. If you have reached your limit, you will need to wait until the next reset date.
To check when your quota will next reset, click on your account's image in the upper-right corner of your dashboard.
