Reporting Bugs or Issues with Tomba

We’re always eager to hear when something isn’t working as expected. Your feedback helps us improve.

How to Contact Us

You can reach our support team in two ways:

  1. Live Chat
    Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner ↘️ of any page on our website to start a conversation.

  2. Email Support
    Send us a message directly at [email protected], and we’ll connect you with our support team.


Before You Report a Bug

Before reaching out, please try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.

  • If the issue persists, send us a bug report with as much detail as possible.


What to Include in Your Bug Report

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Your browser name and version

  • Whether you’re using a VPN or any privacy extensions (e.g., AdBlock, Privacy Badger)

  • A screenshot or screen recording (We recommend Loom if you need a tool)


How to Send Debug Information

If Tomba is loading but not behaving correctly:

  1. Open the Command Palette:

    • Mac: Command + Shift + P

    • Windows/Linux: Ctrl + Shift + P

  2. Type "debug" and select "Copy Debug Panel Contents"

  3. Paste the copied data into your message to help us troubleshoot faster.
