Before You Report a Bug
Before reaching out, please try the following:
Clear your browser cache and refresh the page.
If the issue persists, send us a bug report with as much detail as possible.
What to Include in Your Bug Report
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
A description of the issue
Your browser name and version
Whether you’re using a VPN or any privacy extensions (e.g., AdBlock, Privacy Badger)
A screenshot or screen recording (We recommend Loom if you need a tool)
How to Send Debug Information
If Tomba is loading but not behaving correctly:
Open the Command Palette:
Mac:
Command + Shift + P
Windows/Linux:
Ctrl + Shift + P
Type
"debug"
and select "Copy Debug Panel Contents"Paste the copied data into your message to help us troubleshoot faster.
