Account Locked After Multiple Failed Login Attempts

If you've entered the wrong password multiple times, your account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes to protect against unauthorized access.

What to do next:

We recommend using the "Forgot your password?" option to reset your password. Once you receive the reset email, you can log in again using the new credentials.

  • Make sure to whitelist emails from Tomba Support to avoid delivery issues.

  • Emails typically arrive within 15–30 minutes.

  • Don’t forget to check your Spam or Junk folders if the message doesn’t appear in your inbox.
