Use workspace settings to name your team's space in Tomba, add a logo and reach your team tools. A workspace is your team in Tomba: one subscription, shared data and one owner.
Before you start
Workspaces need a paid plan. On the Free plan, you'll see Upgrade plan instead of these settings.
Only Owners and Admins can change workspace settings. Other roles can view them, but the fields are locked.
Create a workspace
Step 1. Open workspace settings. In the Settings menu, it's the Settings link in the workspace group.
Step 2. Enter your Workspace name, up to 64 characters.
Step 3. Check the Slug. This is a short version of your workspace name, such as tomba-team. Tomba fills it in from the name, and you can change it.
Step 4. If you like, enter your Company domain, such as tomba.io. Tomba uses it to add your company logo.
Step 5. Click Create workspace.
Change your name, slug or logo
Step 1. Open workspace settings and find General.
If you see Only owners and admins can change workspace settings., as in this picture, your role can view these fields but not change them.
Step 2. Change the Workspace name or Slug. A slug has 3 to 128 characters, and uses lowercase letters, numbers and single dashes.
Step 3. To change the logo, paste an image link into Logo URL. You can also type your company's website, such as tomba.io, and click Use company logo.
Step 4. Click Save changes. To undo your edits before saving, click Reset.
Find your team settings
Configuration on the same page links to your other team tools:
Delete a workspace
Only the Owner sees the Danger Zone. Delete workspace removes the workspace for every member, along with their access and your SSO and SCIM setup.
⚠️ Important: This can't be undone. To confirm, you have to type the workspace name.
💳 Credits: Everyone in a workspace uses the Owner's credits, and the Owner can set a limit for each member.
