What Is Tomba Reveal?
Tomba Reveal empowers you to uncover and connect with businesses more intelligently than ever. Whether you're seeking prospects, partners, or in-depth company intelligence, this tool is built for efficiency and precision.
Getting Started
With Tomba Reveal, you can locate companies using a variety of flexible filters that align with your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You can experiment with different search combinations without worrying about credits — credits are only consumed when you choose to reveal email addresses.
Search Methods
Tomba Reveal offers two ways to search:
Filter-based search — Use the available filters below to build precise queries manually.
AI-assisted search — Type a natural language query (8-100 characters) describing the companies you're looking for, and Tomba will translate it into filters automatically.
Available Filters:
Company Name Search for a particular business by its full name.
Similar Companies (Premium feature) Find companies aligned with a reference company.
Location Filter by headquarters: city, country, or continent.
Industry (Premium feature) Search by business sector.
Company Size (Premium feature) Specify range by number of employees.
Company Type (Premium feature) Choose between entities like educational institutions, nonprofits, or public companies.
Founded Year (Premium feature) Filter by year or period of establishment.
Keywords (Premium feature) Pinpoint companies by products, services, or relevant terms.
Revenue (Premium feature) Filter by annual revenue range.
SIC Codes (Premium feature) Filter by Standard Industrial Classification codes.
NAICS Codes (Premium feature) Filter by North American Industry Classification System codes.
Technologies (Premium feature) Match companies based on tech stack. (SOON)
Funding Filter by funding round, amount, or date. (SOON)
Tomba Reveal is easily found on your dashboard — just navigate through the main menu or click the Reveal icon to begin your exploration.
Filtering the Way You Want
Manual Filtering just got even more powerful.
You can now filter by:
Name
Countries or Headquarters
Keywords
Founded Year
Revenue
Industries
Company Type
Each filter comes with Include and Exclude toggles. For multi term filters like Keywords, you can choose between “Include” or “Exclude ” to get the most
accurate results.

Saving Searches for Later
Once you’ve applied your filters, save your search for easy access later. On the Tomba Reveal page, your saved searches appear right in your dashboard click Load to revisit them instantly.
Exploring Company Details
Company Profiles
Click on any result to expand a detailed company profile complete with description, size, sector, and technology insight.
Reveal Email Addresses
Within each profile, click Reveal Email Address to view contact details. Filter further by role, department, job title, or email type (generic vs. personal). You can even narrow results by whether a contact has a phone number, full name, or listed position.
Save those emails directly as leads in the Leads section of your account to keep everything organized.
Bulk Email Discovery
Need to reveal emails for multiple companies? Use Bulk Domain Search:
Select companies individually or click the checkbox next to “Company” to pick up to 50 at once.
Choose parameters like max addresses per company, filter by email type, and department. Preview estimated results and credit costs.
Click Continue to run the bulk search. Results are sent to your Bulk Domain Search dashboard and downloadable once ready with a helpful email notification.
Paginated Results
Search results are displayed in a paginated list. Use the page controls at the bottom to navigate through results. Each page shows a set of company cards that you can click to explore.
Exporting Companies
You can export companies directly from the results:
Select individual companies using the checkbox, or click the checkbox next to "Company" to select up to 50 at once.
Tomba shows an estimated credit cost before you confirm the export.
Exported results are sent to your Bulk Domain Search dashboard for download.
Credits & Usage Limits
Searching and filtering is free — credits are only consumed when you reveal email addresses or export companies.
If you reach your usage limit, export and pagination controls will be hidden and an upgrade prompt will appear.
You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more credits.
