It depends on which tool you used. Emails from LinkedIn Email Finder are already valid, so no extra step is needed. Emails from every other tool should be verified before you use them in a campaign.
Think of it like produce at a market: some suppliers pre-inspect everything before it reaches the shelf, and others expect you to check before you buy.
LinkedIn Email Finder no verification needed
LinkedIn Email Finder and Bulk LinkedIn Email Finder only return valid email addresses. If a valid address cannot be found, nothing is returned at all so there is no unverified result to check.
Every other tool verify first
For Email Finder, Domain Search, and the other search tools, tick the verification option before you run the search or launch a campaign. This runs each address through the Email Verifier so you only send to addresses confirmed as deliverable.
You can also verify addresses you already have with the Bulk Email Verifier.
Why it matters
Sending to unverified addresses raises your bounce rate, which damages your sender reputation and pushes future emails to spam. Verifying first is the single easiest way to protect deliverability.
