Use Find on the Leads page to look up a lead's phone number from their email address. If Tomba finds one, it's saved to the lead for you.
Find a phone number
Step 1. Open Leads in the left menu.
Step 2. Find the lead in the table and look at the Phone column.
Step 3. Click Find. This button only shows when the lead has no phone number yet.
đĄ Tip: Can't see the Phone column? Click the columns icon above the table, then turn on Phone under Fields.
What the results mean
Phone found: the number is saved to the lead, usually in international format, such as
+1 555 123 4567.No phone found: Tomba has no number for that email. The Find button stays, and you aren't charged.
đł Credits: A lookup uses 5 search credits, only when a valid phone is found.
Common questions
Why is there no Find button on a lead?
The lead already has a phone number. You'll see it in the Phone column and in the lead's panel.
Can I look up many leads at once?
Not from the Leads page: Find works one lead at a time. For a long list, use Bulk Phone Finder.
