You can verify whether a lead's email address is valid directly from the Leads section — no need to switch to the Email Verifier tool.
How to Verify a Lead's Email
Go to Leads from your Tomba dashboard.
Find the lead you want to verify in the table.
Click the Verify button (checkmark icon) next to the lead's email.
Tomba will check the email address and return a verification result.
Understanding the Verification Score
After verification, the lead's score field updates with a confidence percentage from 0 to 100%:
High score (green badge) — The email is valid and deliverable. Safe to use for outreach.
Medium score (yellow badge) — The email might be valid but could not be fully confirmed. Use with caution.
Low score (red badge) — The email is likely invalid or undeliverable. Consider removing or updating it.
What Happens After Verification
The lead's score field is automatically updated with the verification result.
A toast notification confirms whether the verification succeeded or returned a warning.
The score is saved to the lead record — you don't need to verify the same email again.
Tips
Verify leads before sending outreach to reduce bounce rates.
Use the Score column to sort leads by email quality — focus on high-score leads first.
Each verification uses one request from your account.
