You can look up phone numbers for your leads directly from the Leads section — Tomba uses the lead's email address to find their phone number.
How to Find a Phone Number
Go to Leads from your Tomba dashboard.
Find the lead you want to look up in the table.
Click the Find Phone button (phone icon) next to the lead.
Tomba searches its database using the lead's email address.
If a phone number is found, it's automatically saved to the lead record.
What Happens After the Search
Phone found — The phone number is saved in international format (e.g., +1 555 123 4567) to the lead's phone field. A success notification confirms the result.
Phone not found — A warning notification lets you know no phone number was found for that email address.
Requirements
The lead must have an email address — Tomba uses the email to look up the phone number.
Each phone lookup uses one request from your account.
Tips
Make sure the lead's email is verified before looking up the phone — verified emails give better results.
The phone number is saved automatically, so you only need to search once per lead.
You can view the phone number in the table (if the Phone column is visible) or in the lead's detail panel.
