Apify is an online platform that runs automated tasks for you. Use Tomba's ready-made tools there to run a lookup over a whole list, such as finding the emails at every company on it.

You need an Apify account. You don't need a Tomba account or any Tomba key, because the tools use Tomba's own access.

Apify charges your Apify account, and Tomba charges you nothing. Each tool's price is on its page in the Apify Store.

You pay per result. A lookup costs one charge for each Tomba credit it would use in the app. Technology finder is different: it charges once for each website where it finds technologies.

Step 1. Open Tomba on the Apify Store. If you have a Tomba account, you can also open Integrations and select Connect on the Apify card.

Step 2. Choose a tool. There are 15, including Domain search, Email finder, Email verifier and Phone finder. Apify calls these tools "actors".

Step 3. Fill in the form. For Domain search, add the websites to look up, such as tomba.io.

Step 4. Select Start. Results appear as they arrive.

Step 5. Export your results from the run page.

Set Max cost per run in the run options before you select Start. The tool stops when it reaches your limit.

Anything the tool didn't reach gets no result. To finish the list, raise the limit and run it again. Lookups from the last 24 hours aren't charged twice.

Tomba rejected that row, for example because the website or email address isn't valid. Rows with an error aren't charged.

Yes. In Apify, open Schedules, create a schedule and add the tool. The tool must have run at least once first.
