Connect Tomba to the apps you already use, so you can find and check emails without switching tools. Everything is listed on one page in the app.
Find your integrations
Step 1. Open Integrations in the left menu.
Step 2. Choose a tab at the top of the page.
Tab | What you'll find |
Integrations | Connections to sales tools, automation tools and AI assistants |
Third parties | Tools built by other companies, such as Pabbly Connect, Integrately and Pipedream |
Browser extensions | Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Thunderbird and NAVER Whale |
Spreadsheets | Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Airtable |
Mobile app | Tomba on your phone, with your account and credits |
What's on the Integrations tab
The Integrations tab has five groups:
MCP: MCP is a standard way for AI assistants to use other tools. This group has Local MCP Server, Remote MCP Server, Claude Desktop, Tomba Apify MCP Server, Inflowpay and Composio.
CLI: A CLI is a tool you use by typing commands. This group has Tomba CLI and OpenClaw.
What's on the Third parties tab
These tools are built by other companies. We have guides for Pabbly Connect, Integrately, Flowmattic, Konnectzit, Zoho Flow, Pipedream and OttoKit.
Which should I choose?
What you want to do | What to use |
Save your leads in your CRM
Send each new lead to another app
Make Tomba one step of an automated task
Find emails while you browse
Find emails in a spreadsheet
Ask an AI assistant to do the search
Use Tomba in a code editor
Connect your own software to Tomba
Let your AI agents use Tomba
Run a list without a Tomba account |
đĄ Tip: ChatGPT doesn't have its own card on the Integrations page. It connects through the Remote MCP Server.
đł Credits: Integrations that use your Tomba sign-in or API key use your normal credits, the same as in the app. An API key is a private code that lets another app use your account. Apify and Orthogonal, a tool on the Third parties tab, charge you themselves and don't use your Tomba credits. Inflowpay is for AI agents with no Tomba account, and each lookup is paid for through it.
What isn't available yet
HubSpot is temporarily unavailable while it moves to a new sign-in method. It shows Maintenance in the app.
Tomba for Salesforce and Tomba for Snowflake show Coming soon. There are no how-to guides for them yet.
For developers: see the Tomba docs.
