Integrate Tomba with HubSpot
Tomba offers a seamless integration with HubSpot that enables you to synchronize both new and previously saved leads from Tomba directly into your HubSpot CRM effortlessly.
🔐 Before You Begin
Ensure you have Super Admin permissions on your HubSpot account
Note: We are currently working with HubSpot to allow standard user access in future updates.
⚙️ How to Connect Tomba to HubSpot
Log in to your Tomba account
Navigate to Connected Applications in your account settings
Select HubSpot from the list of integrations
Enter your HubSpot API Key in the provided field
You can find this in your HubSpot Dashboard → Settings → Integrations → API Key
🔄 Lead Synchronization
Once connected, Tomba will:
✅ Automatically sync new leads you create
✅ Instantly sync existing leads saved before enabling the integration
📥 View Synced Leads in HubSpot
Log in to your HubSpot account
Go to the Contacts section
You’ll see all leads created in Tomba now available in your HubSpot dashboard
📝 Important Notes
No manual exports needed — Tomba handles the sync in real time
Changes made to leads in Tomba will reflect in HubSpot automatically
Super Admin rights are required for setup (for now)
