Integrate Tomba with Airtable
Tomba’s Airtable integration allows you to automatically export and sync leads both new and existing directly into your Airtable workspace with minimal setup.
⚙️ How to Connect Tomba to Airtable
Log in to your Tomba account
Go to Connected Applications
Select Airtable
Enter the following details:
🔑 Airtable API Key
You can find this in your Airtable account under:
Account → API → Generate Key
🆔 Airtable Base ID
Find your Base ID by visiting: https://airtable.com/api
📄 Prepare Your Airtable Table
Before syncing, you must create a new table in Airtable with specific field names:
🧩 Table Name
Name your table:
tomba-io-auto-sync
(Required — exact name must be used)
📑 Required Fields
Create the following fields exactly as listed:

⚠️ All fields must be present and named exactly as shown for proper synchronization.
🔄 Lead Synchronization
Once connected, Tomba will:
✅ Automatically sync newly generated leads
✅ Export previously saved leads from your Tomba account
No need for manual uploads — leads flow directly into your Airtable base.
📥 View Synced Leads in Airtable
Log in to your Airtable account
Go to the Base linked with Tomba
Open the tomba-io-auto-sync table
You’ll see all synced leads — both new and existing — displayed there
📝 Important Notes
Tomba does not support custom fields beyond the ones listed above
If you're on the Professional Airtable plan, API access may need to be manually enabled by Airtable support
For Enterprise and Unlimited editions, API access is enabled by default
