Integrate Tomba with Mailchimp CRM
Tomba offers a direct integration with Mailchimp CRM, allowing you to automatically export and synchronize newly generated and previously saved leads from Tomba to your Mailchimp audience.
⚙️ How to Connect Tomba to Mailchimp
Log in to your Tomba account
Go to the Connected Applications section
Select Mailchimp CRM
Enter the following information:
🔑 Mailchimp API Key
You can find it under Mailchimp → Account → Extras → API Keys
🆔 Mailchimp Audience ID
Locate it under Audience → Settings → Audience name and defaults → Audience ID
🧾 Required Audience Fields in Mailchimp
Before syncing, make sure your Mailchimp audience includes these required fields:
FNAME(First Name)LNAME(Last Name)PHONEWEBSITECOUNTRYCOMPANY
⚠️ All fields are required to ensure a successful sync.
🔄 Lead Synchronization
Once connected, Tomba will:
✅ Automatically sync newly generated leads
✅ Instantly export existing saved leads to your selected Mailchimp audience
No manual export needed leads are pushed to Mailchimp in real time.
📥 Where to Find Leads in Mailchimp
Log in to your Mailchimp account
Go to the Audience section
Select All Contacts
You’ll see all your leads previously created or imported from Tomba
📝 Important Notes
Ensure all required fields are created in your audience list before connecting
Tomba syncs both new and existing leads to your selected Mailchimp list
You can segment and run campaigns based on enriched lead data synced from Tomba
