Integrate Tomba with Pipedrive
Tomba offers a seamless integration with Pipedrive, allowing you to automatically export both new and existing leads from Tomba directly into your Pipedrive CRM.
⚙️ How to Connect Tomba to Pipedrive
Log in to your Tomba account
Go to the Connected Applications section
Select Pipedrive
Enter your Pipedrive API Token
You can find this in your Pipedrive account under:
Settings → Personal → API
🔄 Lead Synchronization
Once connected, Tomba will:
✅ Automatically export newly generated leads
✅ Instantly sync leads saved prior to the integration
There’s no need for manual export Tomba keeps your Pipedrive contacts up to date in real time.
📥 View Synced Leads in Pipedrive
Log in to your Pipedrive account
Navigate to Contacts → People
You'll see all leads previously created in Tomba now available in your Pipedrive account
📝 Important Notes
Leads are synced automatically as soon as they’re created or updated in Tomba
Previously saved leads will also be synchronized upon connecting your account
