Didn't Receive Your Verification Email?

After signing up for a Tomba account, you should receive a verification email from Tomba Contact within 20 minutes.

If it doesn't arrive, don’t worry here are a few things to check:


Common Reasons for Missing Verification Emails

1. Typo in Your Email Address
Double-check that your email is spelled correctly. If there's an error, correct it and request a new verification email.

2. Refresh Your Browser or Email Client
Sometimes a manual refresh is needed for new emails to appear.

3. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Verification emails are sometimes filtered into spam or junk folders by default especially by corporate or ISP-managed email services.
👉 Tip: Add @tomba.io to your safe sender list, then request the email again.

4. Blocked or Bounced Emails
In rare cases (less than 3% of attempts), your email provider may block or bounce our verification email. If you suspect this happened, try signing up with a different address or contact your IT team to whitelist @tomba.io.
