Here's a summary of everything you can do in the Tomba Leads section.

Create and Save Leads

  • Save from search results — Click the + button next to any Domain Search or Email Finder result to save it as a lead.

  • Save from browser extension — Extract contacts from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other platforms directly into your lead lists.

  • Add manually — Click + New Lead in the Leads section to create a lead by entering an email and optional contact details.

Find and Verify Contact Data

  • Verify emails — Check if a lead's email is valid and get a confidence score (0-100%).

  • Find phone numbers — Look up phone numbers using a lead's email address. Found numbers are saved automatically.

Organize Leads

  • Create lead lists — Group contacts into lists by campaign, project, or company.

  • Move leads between lists — Select leads and move them to a different list.

  • Merge lists — Combine two lists into one.

  • Star/favorite lists — Mark important lists for quick access.

  • Bulk actions — Select multiple leads to delete or move them in bulk.

Edit and Enrich Lead Data

  • Inline editing — Click on editable fields (company, position, phone, country, website, notes) directly in the table to update them.

  • Detail panel editing — Open a lead's detail panel to edit all fields in a full form view.

  • Add notes — Write free-text notes on any lead. Notes auto-save as you type.

  • Custom attributes — Create custom fields (text, number, or date) to track additional data specific to your workflow.

Search, Filter, and Sort

  • Search — Use full-text search to quickly find leads by name, email, company, or any field.

  • Filter — Apply field-based filters to narrow down your view.

  • Sort — Sort leads by any column in ascending or descending order.

  • Customize columns — Show or hide table columns (name, email, company, position, phone, country, website, Twitter, LinkedIn, score, source, notes, created date).

Export and Integrate

  • Export to CSV — Download any lead list as a CSV file for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools.

  • Sync to CRM — Connect and sync leads with Pipedrive, HubSpot, Airtable, or Mailchimp.

Track Activity

  • Activity timeline — View a log of events for each lead, including when it was created, updated, and its source.

  • Lead source tracking — See where each lead came from: Domain Search, Email Finder, Email Verifier, or Chrome Extension.

Collaborate

  • Team sharing — Share leads and lists with your team members.

  • Creator tracking — See who created each lead and list.
