Where can I track and access my revealed emails?
All emails you find through Domain Search, Email Finder, or the browser extension can be saved as leads. Once saved, they're available in the Leads section of your Tomba dashboard. You can search, filter, and organize them into lists from there.
What's the difference between leads and search results?
Search results are temporary — they appear when you run a Domain Search or Email Finder query and disappear when you navigate away. Leads are saved contacts that persist in your account. You can manage, enrich, organize, and sync them with external tools.
Can I import leads into Tomba?
Currently, leads are added through Tomba tools (Domain Search, Email Finder, browser extension) or created manually from the Leads section. There is no bulk CSV import feature at this time.
How do I organize my leads?
You can organize leads using lead lists. Create lists for different campaigns, projects, or companies. You can also:
Move leads between lists
Merge two lists into one
Star/favorite important lists for quick access
What is the lead score?
The lead score is a confidence percentage (0-100%) that indicates how reliable the email address is. It's updated when you verify a lead's email. Higher scores mean the email is more likely to be valid and deliverable.
Can I sync leads with my CRM?
Yes. Tomba integrates with:
Pipedrive
HubSpot
Airtable
Mailchimp
Once connected, you can sync leads directly from the lead detail panel. Check each lead's Integrations tab to see its sync status.
How do I export my leads?
Navigate to the lead list you want to export, then click Export to CSV from the list menu. The CSV file can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or imported into any other tool.
Can I add custom fields to leads?
Yes. Go to Leads > Custom attributes to create custom fields. Three types are supported:
String — Free-text fields
Number — Numeric values
Date — Date picker fields
Custom attributes appear in the lead creation and edit forms under the Custom Attributes section.
What are lead sources?
Each lead tracks where it came from:
domain — Saved from Domain Search results
finder — Saved from Email Finder
verify — Added via Email Verifier
browser — Captured via the Chrome Extension
You can see the source in the Source column of the leads table.
How do I delete leads?
You can delete leads in three ways:
Single delete — Open the lead's detail panel and click Delete the lead, or use the checkbox and click the Delete icon.
Bulk delete — Select multiple leads with checkboxes, then click the Delete icon in the toolbar.
Delete a list — Deleting a lead list also deletes all leads in it. Use this with caution.
Can I merge two lead lists?
Yes. Open a list, click the dropdown menu, and select Merge with another list. Choose the target list and click Merge. All leads from the current list will be moved to the target list.
Can I edit leads directly in the table?
Yes. Tomba supports inline editing — click on any editable cell in the table (company, position, phone, country, website, notes) to update it directly. Changes are saved immediately.
