Why the Enrichment Tool Might Not Return an Email

At times, the Enrichment Tool may not be able to provide an email address for a given domain. This can happen due to several factors:


Possible Reasons:

  • Insufficient Public Data
    There may be limited or no publicly available information associated with the domain.

  • Crawling Limitations
    Tomba’s web crawler may not have been able to access the necessary data from the website.

  • Privacy or Legal Restrictions
    Certain data may be hidden or removed due to legal or privacy-related requests.

  • Different Email Domain
    The company might use a different domain or subdomain to handle email communications (e.g., mail.brand.com instead of brand.com).

  • Webmail Addresses Not Supported
    Tomba is designed to return professional email addresses only. Personal email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook are automatically excluded.


If no result is found, we recommend double-checking the domain or trying with additional company data for better accuracy.
