Check whether a lead's email is likely to work before you contact them. You can do it right from the Leads page, and the result stays on the lead.

Before you start

Verifying uses verification credits, and the Free plan doesn't include any.

Verify an email

Step 1. Open Leads in the left menu.

Step 2. Find the lead in the table and look at the Score column.

Step 3. Click Verify. This button only shows when the lead has no score yet.

A message shows the score and the status. The score is then saved on the lead.

💡 Tip: A lead saved from your results often has a score already, so it shows no Verify button. To check it now, follow the steps under Verify an email again.

What the results mean

The score runs from 0 to 100 and shows how likely the email is to work.

Color	Score	What to do
Green	93 to 100	The email is valid. You can use it
Yellow	30 to 92	Tomba couldn't fully confirm it. Use it with care
Red	Under 30	The email is invalid. Fix it or remove the lead

💡 Tip: Click the Score column name to sort the leads on the page by score.

Verify an email again

Hover over the score, then click the round arrow next to it. Hover over the arrow and you'll see Verify again.

💳 Credits: Each check uses 1 verification credit. Checking the same email again before your credits reset is free.

Common questions

Can I verify all my leads at once?

Not from the Leads page: Verify works one lead at a time. For a long list, use Bulk Email Verifier.
