Describe the companies you want in your own words, and Reveal turns that into a search. It's a quick way to start when you don't want to set each filter by hand.

Before you start

AI search needs a paid plan. On the Free plan, the box is greyed out, but you can still use the four free filters.

Search in your own words

Step 1. Open Reveal in the left menu.

Step 2. In the Describe your ideal company box, type 8 to 100 characters, such as SaaS startups in Europe.

The Reveal start page with a box on Filters, and arrows on the Describe your ideal company box and its Search button

Step 3. Click Search. You can also use the AI assistant in the filter panel. Click the sparkle button next to Filters, type your description and click Search with AI.

The AI assistant box open under Filters, with an arrow on the Search with AI button

Step 4. Check the filters Reveal chose. They appear under active filters.

Step 5. Change any filter that isn't right. Reveal searches again as soon as you do.

⚠️ Important: If filters are already on, Reveal uses those and ignores your description. Click Clear all first.

Write a good description

Say what the company does, where it is and how big it is. For example:

  • SaaS startups in Europe

  • B2B SaaS in France with 50 to 200 people

  • Small and medium size companies from the banking industry in Europe

💳 Credits: Each search with results uses 1 search credit.

Common questions

Why are my results too broad?

Add a place or a size to your description. You can also narrow the list with filters after the search.

Why is the button greyed out?

Your description must be 8 to 100 characters long, and Reveal counts them as you type. AI search also needs a paid plan.
