Save the Reveal searches you use often, so you can open them again in a few clicks. You can also download the companies you find as a CSV file, which opens in any spreadsheet.
Save a search
Step 1. Run a search in Reveal. Save appears once you have results.
Step 2. Click Save.
Step 3. Type a Search Name, then click Save new search.
Open a saved search
Click Load in the Reveal filter panel.
Choose a search.
Click Load Search. Reveal runs the search again.
To change a saved search, load it, change the filters and click Save. Then choose Update current search to replace it, or Save as new to keep both.
Export companies
Export needs a paid plan and more than 10 results.
Run your search.
Hover over Export companies to see the estimated credits.
Click Export companies. The CSV file downloads to your computer.
You can export up to 10,000 companies. If your search finds more, you get the first 10,000. The Export with API or AI button in the same pop-up shows how to get the rest. Both ways are technical, so it's best to ask a developer to help.
đł Credits: An export uses 1 search credit per 50 companies, and Tomba shows the estimate before you export. You can export 15 times a day.
Common questions
Why is Export companies greyed out?
You're on the Free plan, or your search has 10 results or fewer.
Can I export only the companies I ticked?
No. Export companies exports your whole search, up to 10,000 companies.
Does loading a saved search use credits?
Yes, if it's new in your usage window. A search with results uses 1 search credit. Repeating the same search in the same usage window is free. Your usage window is the period until your credits next reset.
How do I get emails for these companies?
Use Find email addresses in Reveal. See Tomba Reveal.
