Finding emails from the Leads section

Learn how to find and save email addresses as leads from Domain Search, Email Finder, and the browser extension.

Written by Tomba.io Team

Tomba makes it easy to save email addresses you discover as leads in the Leads section, so you can manage and act on them later.

Save from Domain Search

When you run a Domain Search, each result that includes a full name shows a + button next to it.

  1. Run a Domain Search for any company domain.

  2. Click the + icon next to any result you want to save.

  3. Choose an existing lead list or create a new one.

  4. The contact is saved as a lead with all available details (name, email, position, etc.).

Save from Email Finder

When you use the Email Finder to look up a specific contact:

  1. Enter the person's name and company domain.

  2. Once Tomba finds the email, click the + button to save it as a lead.

  3. Select a lead list and confirm.

Save from Browser Extension

The Tomba browser extension lets you extract contacts directly from websites like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Apollo:

  1. Visit a profile or search results page.

  2. Click the Tomba extension icon.

  3. Select the contacts you want to save.

  4. Choose a lead list and save.

The Save Flow

When you click the + button to save a lead:

  • Tomba first checks if the lead already exists in your account (by email address).

  • If it exists, you'll be notified — no duplicate is created.

  • If it's new, you can choose to save it to an existing list or create a new list on the spot.

  • The lead is saved with its source tracked automatically:

Accessing Your Saved Leads

All saved leads are available in the Leads section of your Tomba dashboard. You can filter by list, search by name or email, and manage them from there.
